Shipping: The Stygian Darkness Store currently offers shipping through either the USPS or FedEX. During the checkout process you will have the option of selecting different shipping methods. Please note, FedEx does not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO military addresses.
Also please note that USPS shipping options do not offer tracking capability or information. The Stygian Darkness Store is not responsible for lost, damaged, missing, or undelivered goods via the USPS. Any claims should be filed with your local post office.
The Stygian Darkness Store recommends using FedEx shipping with tracking as the preferred option. This gives you information to track your order while in transit, and provides added assurance of delivery in a timely manner. FedEx also has a thorough process for reporting any damaged mail and other issues that may result from shipping.
Order Cancellations: The Stygian Darkness Store can only cancel orders if they have not been packaged for shipping. To cancel an order prior to shipping, please send an email to store@stygiandarkness.com. Include your name, address and order number when contacting the Stygian Darkness Store.
Order Returns: If you are not satisfied with your order or need to return your purchase for reasons other than damage or defect, please contact the Stygian Darkness Store by e-mail at store@stygiandarkness.com. When contacting the store, please include your name, address, order number and the reason for your return. Please note, refunds on returned orders do not include shipping charges and are subject to a 15% restock fee. Signed or personalized items are NOT returnable.
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order because it arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or a refund. The time frame for requesting a refund or replacement is within 7 days of delivery. Refund will be issued upon return of damaged or defective merchandise.
